2. How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out at any time using these methods:

  • Reply "STOP": Reply with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any MiAngel message
  • In-App: Go to Profile → Medications → Toggle off "Text Messages (SMS)"
  • Contact Support: Email support@miangel.ai

You will receive a confirmation message when you successfully opt-out.

4. Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency: Varies based on your settings. Medication reminders may be sent multiple times per day if configured.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. MiAngel does not charge for SMS.

Supported US carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile (including former Sprint network), Verizon, and select regional carriers. Canadian carriers: Rogers, Bell, and Telus. Message delivery depends on carrier support for short codes and automated messaging. Not all carriers may support all message types. For carrier compatibility questions, contact support@miangel.ai.

5. Privacy & Data

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties
  • SMS messages are sent only by MiAngel
  • Your data is protected with encryption
  • You can delete your number at any time
